Jillian Noel Hennessy

Jillian Noel Hennessy was born on November 25 on the 25th of November, 1968. She is a Canadian singer, actress and musician. Her most well-known role is on American TV's Law & Order where she was the prosecutor Claire Kincaid for three seasons and Crossing Jordan for six. She also appeared in movies such as RoboCop 3 & Most Wanted and in independent film Chutney Popcorn & The Acting Class. The movie was directed and written by her. Hennessy was a native of Edmonton, Alberta. Her father, John Hennessy, was a meat salesman as well as a executive in sales and marketing, a position that required considerable travel and caused frequent changes for the family. Maxine her secretary mother was the last to leave the family in 1982. Eleanor, Eleanor's paternal grandmother, looked after her daughter in Kitchener. John Paul Hennessy Jr. has a younger brother and Jacqueline who is a twin. Jacqueline is an anchor and journalist on a Canadian TV program. Hennessy is of Irish, French, Swedish and Italian roots from her father's side, and mainly Ukrainian Roma, as well as Austrian as well as Austrian ancestry on her mother's. After finishing her studies at Grand River Collegiate Institute (both located in Kitchener) She was a student at Stanley Park Senior Public School. She also busked on the Toronto subway.
